Although Singapore and Kuala Lumpur are only 5 hours’ drive apart, our food bears little resemblance to that of the Malaysian capital. This class is like a stroll through KL’s streets, exploring its diversity of Chinese dialect foods. While the ingredients might look familiar to us in Singapore, the cooking methods and seasonings used are different.
